Our house has got 19 double or twin bed rooms or three-bed rooms, 8 superior double rooms, 3 single rooms, 2 comfort single rooms, 9 junior suites /apartments and 6 suites, all of them comfortably equipped with shower, bathroom, hair-dryer, safe, sat-TV / radio, telephone, balcony or terrace, part of them with minibar.
You have got free internet network or you can use our WLAN network on your smartphone or laptop.
Enjoy the luxury of our most spacious rooms (54 square metres), all of them with laminate floors. Our suites have separate living rooms and bedrooms and are situated on the first and second floor. There are wonderful views of the mountain landscape from the balconies facing south, east or north. The beds have a size of 180 x 200cm, the sofa bed -extracted- 160 bzw. 180 x 200cm.

All of our flats (40 – 47 square metres) have separate living rooms and bedrooms (bed size 180x200cm) (separated by a hall or by doors) and are very suitable for families. In the living rooms we have convertible sofas (#202 140x180cm resp. #129 160 x 200 cm). Small beds for babies can be provided in the parents´ bedroom. One of our flats (#131) has got two bedrooms (bed sizes 180 x 200cm and 120x200cm) with a shared bathroom in between.
Our junior suites (44 square metres) are in the ground floor in in the upper floors of our house. They all have a living room and a bed room (and a small dressing room), which are connected by an open passage. There is a sofa bed (for two) in the living room. The beds have a size of 180 x 200cm, the sofa bed -extracted- 160 x 200cm.

Our superior double rooms (32 or 34 square metres) are situated on the first or second floor of our house. All rooms are individually equipped and have anti-allergenic laminate floors, from all balconies facing south or east you´ll have beautiful views of the mountains. The beds - in 2 rooms a TWIN will be possible - have a size of 180 x 200cm. An additional sofa bed that may be required is available in 140x200cm or 80x200cm depending on the room.
Our standard double rooms (bed sizes 180 x200cm) (25 or 28 square metres) are situate on the ground floor, upper floor or on the top floor of our house. All rooms are individually equipped and have anti-allergenic laminate floors. Five of these rooms can be used as twin bed rooms and some can be used as three bed rooms with the help of baby beds, bunk beds or bed sofas (80x200cm).

Our single rooms (14 and 23 square metres ) are situated on the upper or top floor and all are equipped with anti-allergic laminate floors. The beds have a size of 100x200cm in room 209 and 219 and 120x200cm in room 223
