Reserved rooms will be at the guest disposal from 15.00 o`clock on. Unless a late arrival is confirmed, the hotel reserves the right to sell the reserved room after 18.00 o ́clock. The guest has no right to insist on the reservation of a specific room or hall in case of events. If the rooms agreed upon are not available the hotel is obliged to find an equal value accommodation in the hotel or in other hotels. Cancellations: In case of cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible. The sooner we get the information the better is the chance to resale the room. We will do all possible to resale the cancelled room. If that will be possible no cancellation fee will be charged. If, instead, it is not possible to sell the room the following cancellation fees will apply: until 31 days from arrival 15% of the agreed room rate, until 4 days from the arrival 40% of the agreed room rate, less then 4 days from arrival 60% of the agreed room rate.
For groups of more than 20 persons it is possible to waive the cancellation fee up to 60 days before arrival in case of poor attendance. If the cancellation notice is less than 60 days the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the agreed room rate for cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival and of 70% of the agreed room rate for cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival and, at the same time, the hotel will credit the amount of 12 % of the overnight/breakfast together with a credit of 25% for half pension. If the above mentioned terms are not respected the guest is liable for the total amount of the services which have been agreed in advance. The hotel will do his best to offer the unused services to other guest ́s, and in such a case the obtained income will be deducted from the amount due. The number of reserved rooms can be augmented or reduced until two weeks prior arrival. Reducing the number of rooms after that date will be handled according to the paragraph above. 14 days prior the arrival the hotel has to receive a detailed list of participants. If these terms are not respected a proper reservation cannot be guaranteed.
Bookings and payments:
Bookings must be confirmed in writing. The hotel letter confirming the reservation must be returned duly undersigned by the other party within 4 days and for the groups an advance payment of 30% must be paid at the same time. The balance must be paid at check out time unless other formalities have been agreed upon in writing. Groups: for new customers the hotel requests that the full price be paid in advance. If the hotel terms of payment are not met by the other party within the agreed upon date, the hotel is free of the obligations previously agreed upon. The listed prices are inclusive prices which include tips and value added tax. If the period of time between contract closing and carrying out of the services is more than 180 days the hotel reserves the right to change the prices without previous notice. Variations of the value added tax are payable by the guests. All listed prices and related contractual negotiations are and are valid in EURO. If negotiations are made in other currencies the current exchange rate with EURO has to be specified on the basis of the officially published rates.
Invoices are payable immediately. An additional fee of 1% per month or fraction thereof is due in case of failure to observe terms of payment. The hotel may refuse foreign currency, cheques and credit cards. The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard, American Express, Visa, JSB and EC-Cash. The credit cards will not be accepted if an agent commission has been agreed upon before. For payment in advance through credit cards a commission of 10% is due. Vouchers of travel agencies are accepted only if there have been negotiations and in agreement with the other party. Additional banking costs arising from money transfers, cheques or other means of payment these are payable by the guests. A back payment from a voucher that has not been used by the voucher owner is not permitted.
Rights and obligations arising from an agreement made with the hotel cannot be assigned to a third party without the hotel ́s consent.
The contractual party that is the guest or his guests are fully responsible to the hotel for damages caused by the guest or by his guests. If the hotel- due to unforeseen circumstances or strikes – is hindered in performing his obligations, no compensation may be asked. However the hotel is obliged to contact third parties in order to provide equal or comparable services. The hotel is liable to the guests according to the German Book of Law(BGB). According to paragraphs 701,702 of the BGB the hotel ́s liability for carried in objects is limited to a value of hundred times the room rate with a maximum of E. 3000,-- and for money and valuables the amount of maximum liability is E. 750,--. The hotel ́s liability is excluded if the guest leaves the hotel room unlocked. Guests are kindly requested to leave money and valuables at the reception with receipt, then the hotel is liable.
1) The guest are kindly requested to leave their rooms before 10.00 o ́clock of the departure day at the latest. Prolongation of checking out time should be agreed upon with the reception. A guarantee of a later check out cannot be given.
2) In case of an premature departure the hotel reserves the right to charge 80% of the remaining reserved period. However, the hotel is committed to resale the unused services to other customers so that eventual dues of the guests may be reduced. For all inclusive trips unused services will not be reimbursed.
Hotel ́s name:
The use of the hotel ́s name as well as of closely related names requires specific and written authorization of the hotel.
External services provided through the hotel will be charged. However there is no liability for the external services provided.
Wake up service:
The hotel is committed to carry out wake up calls with great accuracy. The hotel however is not responsible thereof.
Telephone calls will be charged at the rate of E. 0,30 per unit.
